Grand Bizarre does not allow rude, vulgar, or offensive clothing, large chains and pendants, men’s sleeveless shirts, athletic wear, swim wear, sweat suits, excessive baggy clothing, pants below waistline, slippers, skull cap, baseball hats, or sports hats, side bags, or holster bags.
